We had an amazing stay in a beautiful area of Bavaria. the hotel is located in a charming village with picturesque views of the Alps. the staff provided excellent service and the room was comfortable. the breakfast was generous with plenty of options. We enjoyed the free internet and parking, and the fitness center was a nice bonus.

The dinner buffet was decent but not outstanding.

worst service ever! not for families. very unfriendly staff. even we had informed the hotel the fact that we require extra bed, they didn't help until we showed the reservation that stated this fact. I'm not going back to this hotel. Service is not in the level of other sheraton hotels.

The rooms are comfortable and pleasant and there is a beautiful mountains view from the balcony. Very good breakfast and restaurant, very nice and helpful staff.

Conveniently located, with friendly and helpful staff. the hotel was close to public transportation, making it easy to get around. the employees were accommodating and went out of their way to assist with reservations and recommendations. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with balconies offering a nice touch. the hotel also had ample parking space.

Overpriced breakfast and additional fees. For those not on a breakfast-included rate, breakfast is expensive compared to local options.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, nestled in the picturesque Bavarian Alps in the charming village of Lenggries. The setting is truly breathtaking and provides a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

This hotel is highly recommended for families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nice view on the mountains from the balcony of our room on 4th floor. Breakfast buffet was very good too. Many places to park you car for free in front of the hotel.

Don't expect to take your breakfast quietly as it is full of very young children crying and running everywhere. Very small tv in the room.

The stay was a total blast, extra flaky and sweet croissants, comfy beds, clean rooms, soft towels, attentive waitstaff.

The hotel facilities were exceptional, with clean rooms featuring balconies with stunning views of the area. Additionally, there was plenty of available parking on site. The breakfast provided was delicious and warm food was available. Lastly, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
